Your rights

1. The payment of a fee 150,00€;

2. The supply of appropriate evidence of your identity (for this purpose, we will usually accept a photocopy of your passport certified by a notary plus an original copy of a utility bill showing your current address).

 

We may withhold personal information that you request to the extent permitted by law. You may instruct us at any time not to process your personal information for marketing purposes. In practice, you will usually either expressly agree in advance to our use of your personal information for marketing purposes, or we will provide you with an opportunity to opt out of the use of your personal information for marketing purposes.

Cancellation Policy

At iCasamia there are two types of rates:
the rate refundable within 15 days and the non-refundable rate.
In the case of a non-refundable rate or after the expiry of the 15 day grace period in the refundable rate it is not possible to cancel after booking (for bookings made starting from 6 April 2020, we recommend keeping in mind the risk linked to the Coronavirus (COVID-19 ) and related government measures); if you book a stay with a non-refundable rate, you will not be entitled to a refund in the event of cancellation); guests pay the full rate if at any time they cancel, make changes or no-show.
Despite this, since iCasamia's policy is to never let a customer lose even one night of his stay, in the event of cancellation, we will gladly offer you a voucher for the unused nights, net of costs and management fees , paying only any price differences between the new dates chosen and those initially booked and under the following conditions:
•⁠  ⁠the voucher must be activated with a direct booking of at least two nights on the icasamia.it website;
•⁠  ⁠the voucher can only be used on www.icasamia.it for the purchase of qualified nights;
•⁠  ⁠the voucher cannot be converted into cash and cannot be transferred or resold, nor can it be combined with other promotional discounts.
•⁠  ⁠the voucher can be spent within 1 year from the date of cancellation of the initial stay, after which it will expire without the possibility of renewal.

Security Deposit

The guests, having checked in and taken possession of the apartment, declare that it is suitable for the agreed use and will have to report any defects, malfunctions or damage to things and furnishings within an hour of their arrival otherwise, where the property finds damage at the time of check out, they authorize the same to retain the security deposit paid for the purpose of paying for any damage caused, without prejudice to the request for greater damage.
